On December 11, Saudi Arabia approved the coronavaccin made by Pfizer and Bioentech. The Saudi Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) has approved the Pfizer-BioNT vaccine for emergency use, Saudi media reported.
It is learned that the decision was taken after reviewing the data submitted by the US pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and the German company Bioentech on November 24. The vaccine meets all requirements in terms of efficacy, safety, stability and production policy in accordance with international drug standards, the SFDA said.
