The 'Meet the Shutterbug' webinar was organized by JRN Visuals, an organization in the Department of Journalism and Media Studies at Stamford University.
According to a press release, Preet Reza, the pioneer of wedding photography in the country and CEO of Wedding Diary, will be the keynote speaker at the webinar titled 'Third Screen, Photography and Journalism' at 9 pm on Sunday.
The webinar was inaugurated by Assistant Professor Samia Asadi, Convener of JRN Visuals. Welcoming remarks were made by Mosharraf Hossain Mamun, Assistant Professor, Department of Journalism and Media Studies. Nowshin Jahan Iti, a lecturer of the same department conducted the program. Other teachers of the department and about fifty students took part in it.
Preet Reza gave the students an idea about mobile photography, photography and journalism in the current context in the light of his experience. "It's not always necessary to have a good camera to take good pictures," he said. If you want to grow up, you have to dream big. '
Preet Reza asked the students to be aware of their future goals, as well as encourage them to create a mindset of working for people from their profession and answer various questions of the students.
