The final day of Bangladesh's tour of Sri Lanka will be just a Test series

The team will leave for Sri Lanka on September 23 and the series will start on October 24.

The day of the Tigers' tour of Sri Lanka became final. Muminul and Mushfiqur will leave Dhaka on September 23 to play Test series only. The game will start exactly one month after the end of quarantine and preparation camp. The first Test of the three-match series starts on October 24. Cricket Operations Chairman Akram Khan has confirmed after the BCB meeting. The board has not yet decided whether to keep Shakib in the team.

Talks between the BCB and the Lankan Cricket Board have been going on since the T20 World Cup was postponed. Both the cricket boards have agreed to play the postponed series. The wait was over with the schedule of the tour.

Finally, the Bangladesh team's tour of Sri Lanka has been finalized. The Tigers will reach the home of the Lankans a month before the start of the series. Traveling date is 23rd September. After quarantine and preparation camp, field fight starts on 24th October.

Mushfiqur and Muminul are waiting to enter the field for the first time in Corona. But it is not easy at all. The process has been fixed in consultation with the Sri Lanka Cricket Board. Team staff must be in quarantine before and after leaving the country.

Shakib Al Hasan is returning to the cricketing buzz Lanka. The Tiger all-rounder's ban will expire on October 29, before the series begins. So the team management is hesitant about Shakib.

Although the date of the first Test has been fixed, the schedule for the next two matches has not been finalized yet. This tour is not going to be a T20 series.
