Students of the Pharmacy Department of Maulana Bhasani University of Science and Technology have staged a human chain to demand the examination.
The program was held on Saturday (December 5) at around 12 noon in front of the administrative building of the university. This program had (2013-14) and (2015-16), academic year students.
The students said that the 5-year course of the pharmacy department is not ending even in 7 years. The age limit for government service is close. Again one to two years behind the other department. So they demanded to take the test by January in compliance with the health rules. Otherwise, a tough movement will be announced.
The students also handed over a memorandum to the university authorities at the end of the human chain.
