Pakistan is reopening educational institutions amid coronavirus infection. Earlier, the country had twice declared the closure of educational institutions. This time the country is going to open educational institutions in the third step.

On Monday, the country's education minister Safkat Mahmud announced the opening of educational institutions. He said the school and college will be open from January 18 for those who have exams in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 ahead. The school will be open for students from primary school to grade 8 from January 25.

According to Geo TV, Education Minister Safkat Mahmood held a press conference in the capital Islamabad yesterday. He gave details of when he would open an educational institution. Due to Corona, schools, colleges and universities will open in compliance with hygiene and strict security.

Higher education institutions, including universities in Pakistan, will open from February 1. Online classes are also starting again from 11th January. Board exams will be closed until June. However, if the situation does not get worse, these decisions will be reviewed. The Ministry of Education will hold a meeting on January 14 and 15.
