Meanwhile, the Kremlin has summoned Russia's ambassador to the United States to Moscow for talks following Biden's remarks.
Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov also said there was no evidence to support Biden's allegations. However, such allegations will worsen relations between the two countries.
