US President Joe Biden has called Russian President Vladimir Putin a butcher. Biden made the remarks after meeting with Ukrainian refugees in the Polish capital, Warsaw, on Saturday.

He described the war as "courageous" for the Ukrainian refugees. Biden also praised Poland for giving them shelter.

In Warsaw, the US president met with Ukrainian ministers as well as Polish President Andrzej Duda.

The United States has said it will provide more military assistance to Ukraine, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

Biden is also scheduled to address the Ukraine issue today.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has claimed that another Russian general was killed in the war.

Western claims that Russia's top military official has been killed.

Earlier, the curfew was extended in Kiev, but the city mayor canceled it in a statement today.
