Trump's lawsuit against Hillary

Former United States President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, accusing her of conspiring with Russia in the 2016 presidential election campaign.

She filed a lawsuit against 26 individuals and organizations, including Hillary, in federal court in Florida on Thursday.

Among them are a former FBI director and several other members of the agency, as well as a British spy. According to the case, the accused tried to destroy the confidence of the people by spreading propaganda through various false information. And the purpose of all this was to defame Trump. The lawsuit also seeks more than 24 million in damages.

Trump alleges that the defendants, along with Russia, tried to rig the election.

All the allegations made by Donald Trump during his four years as president have been brought to justice. Despite losing to Democrat candidate Joe Biden in the 2020 election, Trump has been accused of widespread fraud. However, the truth of his allegations was not found.

Donald Trump has filed a 107-page lawsuit in federal court in Florida. It said, ‘Working in an organized manner, the accused unjustly conspired and spread false rumors that, Republican opposition candidate Donald J. Trump has collaborated with an enemy foreign state.

However, Hillary Clinton's representative did not respond to a request for comment.

The lawsuit seeks compensation and punitive damages. Jeff Grail, a lawyer specializing in fraud cases, said Trump would have to wait a long time to establish a fraud claim. He said there was a rule to end claims of civil fraud within four years. However, he said there was a big difference of opinion as to when the four-year term would start.

It is noteworthy that before the 2016 presidential election, there were allegations of Russian collusion with Trump's campaign camp. A 2020 report by a US Senate committee states that Russia has used Republican political activists Paul Manafort and WikiLeaks to try to defeat Trump in the 2016 election. In 2016, Paul Manafort worked for five months in Trump's campaign camp.
